Since its inception as a Florida, USA corporation on June 1, 1997, the Discount Home Shoppers Club, Inc. (DHS Club) has worked to be in compliance with all anti-pyramid scheme laws in all countries, and all laws governing the direct sales, network marketing or multi-level marketing industries.

Although our Marketing Plan is a hybrid plan, it is important to us and to our marketing representatives, managers and directors that we offer an income opportunity that is moral, legal and beneficial to all that are involved.

Therefore, we have created two very important "anti-pyramid scheme" policies to conform to all U.S. and international laws:

1. A person does not have to pay any money or make any purchases to become entitled to receive earnings. One simply needs to meet a monthly sales quota to qualify to become a VIP Marketing Representative and Manager, to earn commissions and override commissions.
2. Upon completion of our sales training program, all of our marketing representatives are required to have at least as much in personal, consumer sales, as they do in personal DHS Club subscriptions. These consumer sales are sales that have been made online at one or more of our ClubShop Mall stores or offline, with a participating ClubRewards Card merchant.

In addition to these policies, it is important to note that the products and services sold by our VIP Marketing Representatives and purchased by them and their customer Members, are not "marked up" or more expensive than could be normally purchased at retail. Although this may be typical in pyramid schemes and many multi-level marketing programs, it is not the case with us.

Our Members and Marketing Representatives are able to buy name brand products and services from the most popular stores AND receive "Member Only" discounts or specials, AND they can earn Reward Points on all of their purchases, which can be redeemed for cash back or reward cards or certificates.

Due to our Group Buying Power, our Members and Marketing Representatives are able to purchase and sell, products and services of enhanced or greater value than they can from any other venue.

All together, it makes our consumer and income opportunities legal and beneficial to all of our customer Members and Marketing Representatives.
